WSR Uganda operates in electoral hotspot districts across Uganda. Current focus areas include Kampala, Gulu, Soroti, Hoima, Arua, Moroto, Jinja, and Wakiso, among others.
The WSR activities were implemented in 30 districts which were identified as potential hot spots on account of their history of electoral violence and latent conflict and the entry of new actors that could be flashpoints for violence during and after the elections.
